Welcome back to Buckeye Talk. I'm Nathan Bair from Cleveland.com. Along with Stephen Means,

was a Newsy Thursday in the Big Ten, obviously, with the announcement of the new TV deal.

I hope you listened to Thursday's podcast because Doug and I talked about that a little bit.

And he did some of his own stuff, I think, at the end of that.

I haven't actually listened to it yet because it's been a busy day because, in addition to that,

we were talking to quarterbacks at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. So Doug will be back on the Monday pod for Reels.

And because of the Monday pod, which is going to be our Heisman Trophy prediction pod,

where I think we're going to talk about CJ Stroud. I think his name will come up in passing and passing.

And we just did a big one Monday where we predicted his season stats and everything.

This is going to be a little bit of a quicker pod as we hit on all three of these quarterbacks

that we were able to talk to today. CJ Stroud, Common Core, Devon Brown.

But let's talk about CJ Stroud right off the top.

And this quote that I thought got the most juice going of the day, Stephen.

In fact, you wrote about it a little bit, I think, for us at Cleveland.com.

I feel the best I've ever felt in my life, Stroud said.

I hit my PR in squat, I PR in bench, in my running, I forget the mileage I hit, but I PR in that.

I'm the fastest I've been since I've been alive.

And here we are back talking about whether I CJ Stroud is going to run the ball more in 2022.

I mean, first and foremost, him saying he's the fastest he's ever been since he's been alive.

His 40 time could have been five seconds. And now he's a four eight guy.

That's technically the fastest he's ever been in his life. It's just not that fast.
