| 0:35.9 | Okay, guys, so I had another question. |
| 0:38.3 | Will 7 to 10 cups of salad or vegetables give me all of my potassium requirements? |
| 0:44.3 | Okay? |
| 0:45.3 | The answer is it depends on what type of vegetables you're consuming because you have salad and |
| 0:50.3 | lettuce leaves and things like that, but then you have like asparagus and you have cauliflower |
| 0:55.5 | and you have broccoli, which give you all sorts of different levels of potassium. But on average, |
| 1:01.6 | it's probably going to give you between 2,000 and 3,000 milligrams of potassium, but here's the |
| 1:07.8 | thing. Mixed nuts, one cup is 847 milligrams of potassium. So these other foods that |
| 1:15.2 | you consume are also going to contribute. Animal protein gives you 300 milligrams of potassium |
| 1:20.4 | for a 5 ounce portion. And not one avocado is 800 milligrams. Oh, and salmon for six ounces, it's 800 milligrams of potassium. |
| 1:32.7 | So you can see you're going to achieve this if you consume the foods that I recommend. |
| 1:38.4 | And people want to know, what about the wheatgrass juice powder? Is that going to give me all the potassium? |
| 1:42.5 | No, it will actually contribute, but no, it's not going to give you all the potassium. We want youass juice powder. Is that going to give me all the potassium? No, it'll actually contribute, |
| 1:50.4 | but no, it's not going to give you all the potassium. We want you to consume vegetables and then use that wheatgrass as an enhancement on top of everything else. That being said, the electrolyte powder |
| 1:56.3 | does specifically have potassium citrate 1,000 milligrams per serving size. So that can actually enhance |
| 2:02.6 | the total amount so you can hit this target right here. All right. Thanks for watching. |
