Thank you for listening to this I want you to reform education I want you to

reform education and I don't have a significant particular passion for education in

the sense of the school system I know he was not talking to me about that.

He said, I want you to reform education.

I said, well, how would I go about doing that?

He said, teachers were never designed to teach people what to think.

They were designed to teach people how to think.

Yaway's definition of education is not to tell you what to think,

but teach you how to think and maybe more importantly create an

environment that gives you permission for the imagination that was intended to

instigate the appropriate fault process and father began to talk to me about a teaching paradigm

where people were given permission for imagination and creativity.

Inside of that teaching paradigm,

what I began to be stirred with is the concept that imagination

if you take the words apart is literally how you image a nation.

Imagination is how you image a nation, and we image forth a nation by way of establishing a culture where people are given permission to dream and imagine beyond the boundaries

of what is possible.

So we're going to kind of take that, I don't know, we're going to kind of take that educational

mindset into this teaching tonight and just give you permission to

imagine.

And you've heard the statement, imagine if you will.

And so there's something about being given permission from an appropriate governmental system
