Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here, and today we are talking about some rumors on production

at Gigatexis, and hard to believe numbers here that we'll talk about.

We've also got some new data out of China, updates from Uber and Hertz on integrating

Tesla into their fleet, got an upgraded initial quality study from JD Power Tessels made

a bit of an improvement there, and a few other items as well.

Alright, quick look at the market's contrary to a somewhat prevalent opinion it turns out

Tesla stock can actually underperform if Elon Musk isn't tweeting, Tesla today down

1.8% that we're covering a little bit in the afternoon to finish at $685.47 while the

NASDAQ was basically flat.

Some people attributing that to the layoff of data lablers that we had talked about yesterday,

personally I think it's just a little bit of rotation if you look at some other relevant

stocks like Lithium, some of the Chinese EV makers down around the same, so probably

nothing really Tesla specific, but people always inclined to look for reasons.

Quick macroeconomic update like we had talked about earlier this week, the USGDP for

the first quarter was finalized today, it was adjusted down from the preliminary estimate

by one tenth of a percent, so the final number for Q1 GDP is down 1.6%, and we'll get

the first preliminary release for Q2 in late July.
