Hey guys, we want to say some things to address what happened recently with Bobby and why

you will no longer hear him on this show or see his work on this site.

Bobby had used Twitter to send inappropriate comments to multiple women.

After conducting an internal investigation, it was clear that he violated our code of

conduct and has since been fired from the company.

Tags, I want to turn this over to you with you working with Bobby for the longest period

of time.

Yeah.

I obviously, I shared a lot of my thoughts on Twitter last night.

So if you guys wanted to go and check that out, you're more than able to.

It's a long, it's like a five minute video.

But basically stating that, you know, I viewed Bobby as a little brother and, you know,

just because someone's family, it doesn't mean that they can't screw up and that they

don't have to pay consequences for things.

And this is beyond anything that I was ever taught.

You know, the first rule in my life that my dad taught me was to respect women and children.

You don't put your hands on them.

You don't talk to them.

You don't disrespect them.

And this was highly disrespectful.
