We come now to two miracles that are recorded only by Matthew.

Matthew gives special attention to the chronology of so many things.

And we find these two in Matthew chapter number nine immediately after the story of Jesus

raising Jiris's daughter from the dead.

Matthew chapter 9 and verse number 27 reads this way. And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men

followed him crying and saying, thou son of David, have mercy on us. And when he was coming to the house, the blind men came to him.

And Jesus saith unto them, believe ye that I'm able to do this? They said unto him,

yea, Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, according to your faith, be it unto you. And their

eyes were opened. And Jesus straightly charged them saying see that

no man know it but they when they were departed spread abroad his fame in all that country

frequently in the gospel records we read of jesus opening the eyes of the blind but here

matthew chapter nine we have the story of Christ healing two blind men at once.

Isn't that beautiful?

It doesn't matter how great the need.

Christ is enough.

Now, blindness was something that was very prevalent in Jesus' day.

That part of the world, so many people dealt with blindness.
