Hello, I'm Bex and welcome to The Week Junior show. Today I'm joined by two of the team from

the week junior, the magazine

making sense of the world for 8 to 14 year olds. We've got associate editor Laura and writer Eve.

So we've got lots to cover in today's episode. We're going to be talking about the winner

of the Week Junior's Christmas cover competition, then the Strictly Come Dancing Final, and we've

got the upcoming Wallace and Gromit film as well.

We're also going to be having a big debate about whether it's okay to sing at the cinema.

So, speaking of the cinema, there's been lots of brilliant films out this year,

and I want to know which one was your favourite.

I'm going to go with a quite recent one, Paddington in Peru.

I went to watch it in a very fancy cinema, and I had a lovely old time. If you've not seen it, there is a bit midway through where Olivia Coleman, as a nun, does a lot of singing and

dancing, which I thoroughly enjoyed. And it's just good to see Paddington back on screen again.

Laura, how about you? Well, I actually have to admit that I really haven't been to the cinema

a lot this year, if at all. I try to rack my brains with this one. So my New Year's

resolution is to go to the cinema a lot more in 2025. But one of the things I'm going to do over

Christmas is watch Paddington in Peru because I was so excited about seeing it. And then I just

couldn't make it to cinema, so I haven't seen it yet. So I'm very excited to see Olivia Coleman as a man as well.
