I don't agree with everything that our boy goggins does or says, you know, I think sometimes that

we can overdo things, you know, if you're running on your knees with no

meniscus and you have to get surgery and it takes you two months to recover

that's not for me that's not aligned with where I want to be.

But I'll tell you what David Goggins has taught me,

that when I think I don't have any Y left,

I'm only 40% using my Y. I got 60% more to apply. And so when you're 40% you think

there's nothing left in your tank.

That's when you have 60% more why in you and apply it.

And your purpose will be far greater than the divine detours the pain that is in front of you and

knowing all the time with your faith and wisdom that my purpose is far greater than

my pain and therefore I will enjoy the consistent pursuit of my potential regardless of the divine detours because I have a divine direction in divine time to get to where I want to be or better.
