Most people are aware of the party dress phase, but some people go straight into super wearable classics.

How's your sewing evolved?

Well, I've been

sewing for long enough that I have gone through so many different phases of my personal style,

but also just the things that I like to sew. I think I'll maybe just share a couple that I thought

were like our more notable sewing phases.

In the beginning, when I first started sewing, I was in school, aspiring to be a fashion designer.

So everything was kind of more like high concept.

Like I thought I was so fancy pants.

When I started sewing for myself, I really liked making fun clothes.
