What are the three little pigs have to do with residential real estate agents, loan officers, and title reps all over the world?

The answer is every single one of them over here built a business just like them over here.

Some are built out of hay, which means they're not very secure.

If something changes in the market, they're gone.

The other group built out of wood and sticks, a little more secure,

but the reality is they're not as secure as they need to be in an environment where there's so much

change. The last little pig took his time, took her time, built it out of bricks and at a much

more secure business. So whether the interest rates go up or they go down, the market

changes, portals make adjustments, you know, something happens in your life when it's built out

of bricks. You're more secure. You're more likely to be successful regardless of what's happening

in the world. So my advice for you is to think about what are the bricks you need to lay.

I do this in seminars all the time with people and they tell me, you know, I've got some hay, I got some wood and I got some bricks and I say that's great. But when things get harder, when things get more challenging, what do we need to do? We need to get rid of the hay, get rid of the wood, add more bricks so your business is more stable, more secure, and you put yourself and your family

and your friends and your puppy in the best possible position. So the question of the day is,

what are the bricks I need to lay in my business over the next few months to make sure that

my business is stable?
