For training camps on the list, we do have a self-sufficient lifter camp on November 19th. That's in

Wichita Falls. Then we have our lift shoot fight camp. This will be our second camp I'm doing this camp.

That's a two-day camp December 17th to the 18th covering lifting, firearms instruction, and combatives.

For other lifting camps on the list in South Korea, the Seoul brothers are holding two camps in one day on

December 4th, first in the morning a squat camp, and then in the afternoon a deadlift and power

clean camp, and you can save a couple bucks, 40 to be exact, if you sign up for both of them at the

same time. For squat and deadlift camps with spots available November 19th in Mootis, Connecticut,

that's Central Connecticut and need no strength and conditioning, and then Chicago, December 11th

at Starting strength Chicago.

And we're also pleased to announce that we're doing our first ever camp coached entirely in Spanish.

That will be on January 21st in San Antonio at starting strength San Antonio.
