Today's story is called Why You Shouldn't Listen at the Dinner Table.

0:14.0

Let's get into it.

0:18.8

This is the story of Gabriel Sandwagon, a kid who was sick and tired of having to listen to

0:24.1

grown-ups talk about grown-up stuff at the dinner table. Gabriel had determined that almost

0:29.1

all of their conversations had something to do with the city's mayor and usually sounded

1:22.0

he was told he was being rude for not being a part of the conversation. Sheesh.

1:33.4

At one of these dinner parties, Gabriel made an early attempt to steer the conversation in a kid-friendly direction.

1:40.9

So, have any of you grown-ups seen that new movie where the kid wizards used their magic to make everything in town rainbow-colored?

1:46.1

Hmm, I don't think I've seen that one, answered one of the grown-ups.

1:50.3

Though I could imagine if that happened in our city, the mayor would have a fit.

1:54.6

Remember that thing Mayor Marrington did when someone painted their house green?

2:00.0

Wait, hold on a second, said Gabriel with a puzzled look on his face.
