Hey friends, what's going on? Welcome to the podcast. I'm Corialin, you are you. And as

0:06.2

always, it's great to be here with you in this very specific moment of time. Before we

0:12.1

get going into the meat of the podcast or the veggie loaf, if you're a vegetarian, I just

0:19.6

want to remind you that subscribe to the podcast. And also that I have a newsletter which

0:25.6

there are a lot, a lot of people there to come join on that newsletter. It's called Clarity

0:30.2

with Cori. If you search that or go over to Substack or my website, you can find it there.

0:35.0

But I send out by weekly emails, kind of deeper thoughts on what I share on Instagram and

0:41.2

just social in general. And then I just created a new paid feature. So you can get weekly

emails that are only for exclusive page readers. And that's like five bucks a month. But

wanting to be more kind. And oddly enough, it's kind of a strange undertaking because to

1:25.3

you know, be more kind, that means that we are actively changing our behavior. Like whatever

1:32.1

our default behavior is, isn't satisfactory to us. And so we want to intentionally change

1:38.7

that so that we can be more kind, whatever that means to us, right? And so there's a strange

1:44.8

kind of like contradiction feeling that comes from that because you know, at first when

1:49.0

you're like, you know what, I'm going to just be a better force in the world. And like that's

1:52.0

a great pursuit. That's a really noble thing to do. And you know, I hope that everyone has that

1:57.3

sort of insight at some point and realizes that they have the control over their actions

2:02.8

and their way that they express themselves in the world to make that a possibility. But
