as good to be with you today in this moment of time with a wave of awareness flowing

across the stage of my mind. Today I'm going to be answering some more questions from Instagram.

I put up a thing in my stories where you can drop your questions and here I'm going

to bring the answers. And again, these people's names are their handles. So, you know,

there aren't, I mean, that would be interesting if these were actual people's names, but they're

not. They're just their handles. So just to get that clear, all right, here we go.

This first one is from CJ Carmen one. I do like if that was someone's actual name. All

right. So CJ Carmen one says, why do I still hang on the situations that aren't for

me? That's a really great question. And yeah, ultimately, you know, it's in our nature

to get attached, right? So we get attached to pretty much everything in our lives, but

particularly friends and, you know, certain behaviors. Really, we get attached those things

because they're comfortable. You know, and in life, we feel, I mean, life is big and

freaky and scary and weird and, you know, no one really knows what's going on, right?

We're all just figuring it out as we go, doing the best we can, trying to look like we

have it figure out as we're going. But in truth, like everyone's kind of freaked out.

Things about their mortality, everyone worries and, you know, seeks love and friends and

wants to have like hope and wants to still try and believe that they're, you know, their

dreams are possible and all this. And also like life can throw a lot of pretty wicked curveballs

at you and beat you up a little bit along the way. And that doesn't make it any easier,

right? To feel grounded and whatnot. And so because of all those things, we seek comforting

situations or situations that seem comfortable. Now, let's use the example of like friendships.
