has a huge payback over the life of a mountain bike. So today we're going to talk about why mountain

bike maintenance is so crucial and we're going to offer some strategies for developing a regular

routine that focuses on the most important areas. So Aaron, you're our resident expert on

mountain bike maintenance. Are mountain bikes high maintenance? Do you think there are a lot more work than other items that people might own?

I guess it depends on what your other items would be.

But mountain bikes can certainly be high maintenance, kind of depending on the type of bike

you're riding and also where you're riding it.

Obviously, the simpler the bike, the easier it's going to be to maintain.

So the simplest bike is the one with the fewest components,
