How do your clothes make you feel? If they don’t make you feel happy, confident, and like yourself, what can we do to change that?
It’s become normalized to get help in a lot of areas of our lives which I think is a great thing, but there are still many areas where it hasn’t. There’s one area in particular that I want to take a look at that you might not have considered before, and that’s your wardrobe.
