And I value you. I asked Vlad to come on and teach on fasting.

We're going to answer a bunch of questions as well.

We had over 300 questions come in.

We're going to answer a bunch of them.

Because right now, it seems to be many people are fasting.

And one thing I wanted to open with Vlad and kind of shout out here is,

let's be a people that don't just, and I don't want to be that negative guy,

but let's not just start the year fasting.

Let's ask the Lord to give us a fasted lifestyle. So that's what

I'm believing from my life for your life, that it wouldn't just be, oh, everyone's fasting

in the beginning of the year. And then we're going to spend the rest of the year ignoring fasting.

Let us live a fasted lifestyle. I have very little content on my channel on fasting. I have one

video and it's with me and Vlad from about almost exactly a year ago.

And so I'm excited to have him back on again. Vlad has so much content on fasting on his channel.
