one of the top reasons why you might be feeling stuck when it

comes to becoming more free and bold and expressive. And this is something I've seen in clients

over the last 15, 20 years. And in fact, I'm going to be sharing the top three reasons why people

get stuck. But instead of skimming over all of them in one episode, I decided to split it up and

patterns because I think one of the reasons why my book Not Nice was so successful is because
