And today I have a wonderful coaching session with Ms. Maryam.

And she is really struggling because she's

taking care of a baby. She is noticing that she gets overtaken by hunger at different times

of the day, and she's really struggling come 4 o'clock in the afternoon because by that point,

all the things that she has skipped eating during the day

are kind of coming back in a compensatory fashion. And she's looking for food desperately later

in the day. And I see this a lot with busy people. They really are like, hey, I'm not super hungry

in the morning. I'm going to drink a cup of coffee i'll deal with this

later and what i often will see is then come three four o'clock in the afternoon they're raiding the pantry

hitting the vending machine at work looking for food so really what we want to do is get much much better at

trying to not skip those meals but eat more consistently in the earlier
