What's up everyone welcome back to the podcast today. We're going to talk about the pussy willow plant and so this is a popular addition to ornamental gardens if you are someone who's grown up before then I'm sure you know this it's a beautiful beautiful plant. So it's

flowers or catkins which is another name for them are these fluffy little

blooms that kind of resemble tiny cats and it's used as a decoration as part of

Lunar New Year in China which is actually coming up as I speak and so it's

believed to bring prosperity throughout the coming year.

It's also used in Easter.

It's used a lot in weddings these days.

But what exactly is the pussy willow?

Is it a tree?

Is it a shrub?

How does it grow?
