Yeah, well, there's all kinds of things that they could say to you that they're just designed to intimidate you and to not doing what you're doing.

And that's when we started building turn signals, like, well, yeah, we could get some individual or have a call center with a whole bunch of people who really just want to help, really altruistic, and I was like, but a lawyer is different.

That when the officer is saying something that might not be correct by the law, the lawyer can say, like, hi, I'm an attorney with turn signal.

I'm trained in de-escalation, which all of our attorneys are, and I just want to make you aware of X, Y, and Z.

And that is a leveling of that playing field that doesn't exist now and is a real game changer.

Yeah. How, you know, you've obviously spoken to police departments. You've worked with police departments, right? So what is the reaction of them when you bring this up?

Yeah, to get turns into as many hands as possible, what I started thinking about was, how can I make it so it is not a burden to the folks that are actually coming up?

So I sat down with over 20 police officers and I was like, okay, so I'm going to have to build a platform.

And if you are going to be a part of it, I want you to feel safe as safe as possible walking up to that vehicle.

And so we started with those conversations. I'm going to build it, but what makes you feel safer about it is where it really started.

And so we made tweaks to what we were doing, a lot of telling the police officers, hey, they aren't even going to be talking to you.

It's not a situation where you're going to walk up to the car and it's going to be like, here's my attorney talk to them.

It's more like if you were pulled over and I was in your passenger seat, I'm giving you guys, hey, they don't have the right to search this or they can check this, but not that.

That's the level of interaction that they're really having and conveying that to officers is important.

Do some of us not, some of them not like it, I'm sure that they don't.

But we've gotten really positive feedback and kind of the bodycam analogy.

Well, and is it also like, you know, a lot of these cops, oh my fucking door, a lot of these cops are driven by fear.

And they want to get home too. And so you're not going to do something dumb in the car in front of a lawyer on video.

You know what I mean? That's the second, so we say that to police officers all the time.
