0:00.0	said, I'm a short-term rental business owner, right? Like I leverage Airbnb. But at the end of
0:05.5	a day, like, I don't like just have an Airbnb business. I have a short-term rental business.
0:10.0	What's that mean? So whether Airbnb is here or not, I'm still going to make money off these
0:14.8	properties, right? So there's other sizes, VRBO, there's booking.com. Matter of fact, travel nurses,
0:21.9	right? Business professionals, right? So if you think about it, like the whole art of short-term
0:29.5	rentals isn't new, there's always been housing for people that needed housing for short-term stays.
0:37.0	I see. You know, Airbnb just made it popular. Yeah. So, okay, I actually need to adjust my mindset.
0:44.2	Yeah. Because I'm thinking Airbnb, these companies don't like Airbnb. But some people are like,
0:50.0	it's a travel nurse or in a Delta. So they have what's called a flight pad or a travel pad or
0:59.7	something like that. And I'm talking about, so Delta employees, something pad, okay? Like they
1:09.2	fly into these different cities and they can go to this room, it's like a shared room kind of.
1:14.1	And I never really thought about it is Delta, Delta's probably finding somebody who either owns
1:20.0	the property or a short-term rental, especially the property. Yeah. Yeah.
1:27.2	There's so many, there's many different ways to make money off these properties. Again,
1:30.4	Airbnb is just really one, you know, aspect. And a lot of times people have, you know, I've acts like,
1:35.5	hey, how does your Airbnb business do, you know, during the pandemic, right? And I mean, I'm going
1:42.0	to be pretty transparent, you know, when the pandemic first was at its like high, you know,
1:46.4	all-time high, or just with its peak, we definitely, you know, took like a hint in terms of some
1:51.6	cancellations, right? But then it just kind of forced me to pivot. That's when I tapped into travel
1:56.8	nurses because although there was a lot of chaos going on, guess what was at all-time high,
2:01.6	travel nurses, doctors, health professionals, and needed to go into hospitals in different cities
2:06.8	and states all across the country. And I've found these travel nurses to fill up my units.
