So I first came across Alice actually through her work with patch plants and she wrote a really good kind of starter book on propagating which was really fantastic and actually I gave it to one of

my children and you would have thought in a way being bought up in my family

they might not have needed it but it's really it was really wonderfully clearly explained and

it made alice come onto my radar as someone in her i'm it's not impersonant because she's so young

to say probably late 20s, early 30s.
