Well, recently the United Kingdom's National Health Service released an almost 400 page report on the state of, and I quote here,

gender identity services for children and young people.

It's called the Cass Report, and it was named after a lead and pediatrician Hillary Cass, who served as chair

of an independent review commissioned by the NHS in the wake of the closing of the Tavistock

gender clinic there.

It is the most comprehensive evaluation

of the available evidence that we have.

And it, and I quote here,

sets out the recommended clinical approach

to care and support that people who struggle with gender dysphoria should expect,

the interventions that should be available, and how services should be organized around the country."

In quote, contrary to the standard narrative that's peddled by trans activists, the report

affirms that so-called gender-affirming care is built on and I quote again

shaky foundations far from being settled the evidence supporting the use of things like

puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones or sex change surgeries to quote-unquote treat

gender dysphoria is remarkably weak, the report says.

And the studies that have been cited often in support of social chemical or surgical

so-called transitioning therapies were found to lack the quality required to reliably and safely guide clinicians and families

in caring for gender dysphoric young people.
