Well, if you listen often enough, you know today is one of our favorite days. Every month we get our good friend Dr. Troy Spurrell on the show to talk about health and the healing process. And you're going to hear me say this all the time. Every step towards healing and health matters. And, you know, we're ready to take your

questions. In fact, Carmen already texted in. She's a not our morning show host, but a different
