1:04.0	Tell everybody, first of all, you have, what an interesting career you have had and currently have.
1:10.0	Tell everybody a little bit more about your background, what you do, and what you're involved with now.
1:14.9	Sure, I do have a very strange double life, I guess you could say, which is that my career
1:20.6	since I was 18 years old has been in the music business. I started on putting up posters and record stores at Atlantic Records for $4 an hour, which I thought was the greatest job in the world that ended up becoming the chairman and CEO of the company.
1:32.8	Signed a lot of wonderful artists over the years, many of which you and your audience probably have enjoyed, I hope.
1:39.7	And about 30 years ago, 29 years ago now,
1:44.4	I found my calling, which is reforming the criminal justice system,
1:49.9	ending mass incarceration, eliminating mandatory sentencing laws,
