I'm Vinipolitan. The subject of my investigation is the case everyone is talking about the tragic abduction of Nancy Guthrie. A lot of attention, a lot of resources have been put into this case, this investigation, but still, no arrests

or any proof of life.

Here's the story.

Nancy Guthrie lived peacefully in the Catalina foothills.

At 84, she remained independent and close to her children.

Saturday night, January 31st, she returned home after dinner.

By Sunday morning, she was gone.

Family members who checked on her found signs of a disturbance and contacted police.

Deputies quickly classified the home as a crime scene. Blood confirmed to be Nancy's was found

outside. Authorities revealed another troubling detail. Digital systems tied to her security and

medical monitoring were disabled during the night. Investigators believe she was abducted.

Surveillance later showed a masked individual outside her home.

The FBI is now involved.

Ransom letters appeared publicly adding another layer of uncertainty.

But despite the intense investigation and national focus, Nancy's whereabouts

remain unknown. I don't think any of us when this story first broke on that Sunday into Monday

and the world realized what was happening here.
