The tragic abduction of Nancy Guthrie.

A lot of attention and a lot of resources have been put to this case, but still no arrests or any proof of life. Here's the story.

Nancy Guthrie never missed his church. That's why when she didn't log on on Sunday morning, alarm bells rang.

The 84-year-old Tucson resident had last been seen hours earlier at her Catalina Foothills home.

By midday, family members discovered she was gone.

Authority soon declared the home a crime scene.

Sheriff Chris Nano said investigators believe she was taken against her will.

She has limited mobility and requires daily medication.

She could not have simply walked away.

Blood confirmed to be Nancy's was found at the property.

Surveillance later revealed a masked person outside overnight.

Then came the chilling development. Ransom letters referencing personal details surfaced publicly.

The FBI joined the search, but despite the attention and the national spotlight tied to her famous daughter, there is still no confirmed

proof of life.

This story, obviously, a true crime mystery. It's something that investigators are trying

desperately to solve from local to the FBI. It's become somewhat of an obsession.
