The court denied the defense's motions to dismiss so the defense attorneys have taken a writ. As of Monday, August 12th, Tom Girardi was on day four of his trial. I went over the witness covered right before I began filming the podcast. The prosecutors are already done with half of the witnesses on their list, so this should be a fast trial.
