| 1:20.7 | casual walking that is really functional walking, probably a better way to put it, where we are |

| 1:28.3 | we're walking from the car into work or maybe a store. |
| 1:34.3 | That's functional walking. It tends to be casual walking. |
| 1:37.3 | While movement is good, walking is good. |
| 1:40.3 | That walking generally does not rise to the level of exercise. |
| 1:45.0 | For it to be exercise, it needs to be intentional, it needs to be consistent, and it needs to have some intensity. |
