Alright, before I give you an exclusive backstage pass, I've got to tell you two things that happened yesterday.

Ava and I were out for a walk. Actually, we went for two separate walks.

This was two different walks.

The first walk, we were on a sidewalk, heading back into our neighborhood, and we saw our first snake of the season.

It's probably two feet.

Garden snake.

Then it was lounging on the edge of the sidewalk.

And we stopped.

I wanted to make sure it wasn't a copperhead.

Wasn't.

And then the snake, because snakes are more afraid of us

than we are of them, so I've been told so many times.

The snake darted off into the grass.

It's like, all right, that's the first one,

first one of the year.

And then we had our second first of the year.

A little bit later, we went for a walk.
