| 0:00.0 | Good morning, friends. Welcome to Walking as Fitness, the podcast. This morning, I'm on an early morning walk just outside our neighborhood, passing by that lake that I told you about a couple of weeks ago that has an alligator in it, |

| 0:56.0 | We've got daylight, but the sun hasn't come up over the horizon. |
| 1:00.0 | Temperature is comfortable, although it is humid. |

| 1:06.0 | I'd rather be humid than dry. |
| 1:16.6 | Experienced the dry heat a couple of weeks back in Las Vegas. |

| 1:24.0 | And while in the middle of the day, it felt more comfortable. |
| 1:26.9 | My skin got really dry. And so I like a little bit of humidity in the air. |

| 2:00.0 | And it was just brilliant. |
