Hi, I'm Dave, and yeah, it's one of those rainy, windy mornings with a wind chill well below freezing.

And I made that commitment to fitness.

This was not the type of day that I had in mind.

But here we are and happy to be out here walking with you. It's a special day,

by the way. Today is my son, our son Christopher's birthday, 33 years ago today. And I mention it because he's our oldest, our firstborn.

And, you know, while we love all of our children the same,

and the day that each was born was very special,

the day Christopher was born was unique in that that was the day I became a dad.

Went from not being a dad to being a dad.

And it was scary or special.

You know, the memories I have of that day are...

I still have them, obviously.
