This week, on the Bootsley podcast, I am doing something a little bit different.

Right now, I am hosting something called Operation Bookings.

It's part of the five days of free training that I like to put on every once in a while

to help hosts get direct bookings right now, even if you are your most busiest.

This week is all about action.

If you if you are proactive in what you do with your business,

you will be head and shoulders above 95% of the other hospitality businesses in your area.

I I have practiced it.

I have preached it.

I have taught so many people over a thousand people how to do this.

And it works every single time.

So action, we're going to break it down a C T I O N.

And today we're going to focus on the letter A.

So what is A all about?

Well, A is analysis.
