The connectivity is huge for Cabo. Okay. So if you are a high-end clientele, they've got their jets.

And a six-hour flight to Hawaii doesn't necessarily make sense anymore. And our cultural experience in

Cabo from the food, the resorts, the water, the boating, the yachting, everything that goes along

with it. And it's only a two-hour flight or less in many cases from San Diego,

L.A., San Francisco, Phoenix, Texas. So the connectivity is part of the success of Cobb.

I am so excited for the new year, just coming off of a fresh two weeks out of the office.

The team had two weeks at the office. I was traveling all over Australia, but we are back and ready to rock, and I got my first guest to the year. I got my man, Blake Harrington. I'm excited for this conversation today because you're doing a lot of big stuff down in Cabo San Lucas. You own a real estate brokerage out there. Corcoran, Baja, real estate brokerage and founded by Barbara Corcoran. Yeah. The great Barbara Gorkren of Shark Tank. Yeah. How did that whole thing come to fruition?

Well, Barbara started the brand 50 years ago in New York City, okay?

And super high end.

There hasn't been a $100 million deal in New York City done without the Corcoran

brokerage in New York City.

And a few years ago, they decided that it would be a good idea to expand.

And so I was interviewing a couple

different brokerages and firms and brands, and I thought that it resonated perfectly with high-end

boutique. Our whole goal with my company down in Cabo is to sell beautiful luxury homes,

which we've been doing for a long time. But we don't want to be the biggest brokerage.

We want to be committed to excellence, service, and high price points because Cabo's absolutely branded itself as a luxury destination.

Yeah.
