What I say, you know, one of one, which sounds like similar to what your Scottsdale property is.

The people that are winning are just super pushing the envelope of unique amenities, unique design,

you know, amazing style property and architecture.

One of the reasons I like hotels is because I feel like if you have

an even slightly larger number of keys and ideally, you know, 25, 30 plus keys, then you can do

these amazing amenities and this amazing design and these amazing communal spaces. And that cost is

spread across all of the units.

they were going to. It was just about price. It was just about about value and the modern traveler today wants to be

inspired they want to you know go on an experience an adventure they're attracted to wellness

travel so we believe they're really looking for an immersive experience a shareable

experience something that's tech forward uniquely uniquely designed, and they're willing to
