walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now,

podcast, very encouraging review, very positive review, but the last line of the review was something long the language of.

Reason number one, one of the things that we always do in radio and was forefront in my mind when I was part of the morning show is this idea of leave the audience wanting more.
