Her best friend is Ukrainian, and this Ukrainian family who lived nearby, they're a Russian

speaking Ukrainian family, but after the war, they switched to Ukrainian, a lot of families

bilingual, and you know, they made a decision that's really understandable.

But when my friend's daughter goes around there, she obviously doesn't speak Ukrainian,

the Ukrainian family have moved with mom and dad and the kids and barbushka at the granny,

and she could see that my friend's daughter, 11, was feeling uncomfortable because she

couldn't understand what they were saying, she could kind of half understand, she couldn't
