How's it going everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is Dreyos Henry, and this is where we come to learn to be the best part of our world's day. Well, it is Saturday. Hopefully, you're having a, you had a great week and you're off to a great weekend so far if you're catching this live. And if you're just catching it at another time, hopefully it finds you well and in a position where you can

take a few minutes to just zero in and work on getting that high positive vibration for

yourself and for your surroundings so that way we can work on what we're trying to do, which is

being the best part of our world's day. So I've got a good podcast for us today that we're going to dive

into, but of course we're going to slow down, zero in, take in some oxygen to treat ourselves

on our body and really just be in the moment. So let's go ahead and just take a deep breath

together. Go ahead and just take a deep breath together go ahead and just take a deep breath in and hold it

and out now we're going to go ahead and do that again and I did this last time and it felt pretty

good so if you want to do it along with me as well, is when you get ready to

breathe in, just imagine that you're surrounded by white healing light and that you're going to

breathe in this white healing light. So think of like a flashlight when you turn it on the light

that comes out, that you're surrounded by that, and that you're going to breathe it in. And

imagine it coming into your lungs

and imagine there's darkness any of the black you know the absence of light and when you breathe

out that's what's going to come out so you breathe in that white light that's healing that's cleansing

and then hold it as it kind of comes into your body and then we're going to

push out any of the black, the darkness or the negativity or whatever it is that you've been

hanging on to, sickness, whatever. We're just going to push it out so that way we can move in,

move on. So go ahead and just take a deep breath in and hold it and sit there with that bright light inside of you and then be prepared to release the negative thoughts, the negativity, anything.
