hopefully sending that energy through the phone or however you're listening and you're filling it on

your end and just filling that loving energy from from nature for, from just our positive mindset group.

almost I'm going to say put you in the mood almost as to kind of explain it,

but to put you in that head space, that vibration, to attract what it is that you want to do. It's been feeling really good for me and so I want to share it with you. So we're going to go ahead and take a deep breath and we're going to do like we did last time when we're going to really visualize breathing in, the healing light. And when we hold it, know just doing its business it's healing it's getting

ourselves vibrating on the right frequency of happiness and love and feeling good and whatever else

you want in there and then we breathe out we're just going to breathe out all the negative

anything that was within us that light knocked it loose and we're just going to breathe it out

and really be able to enjoy this time together.

So go ahead and just take a deep breath in and hold it and out.
