It's actually a module in our 47-day transformation, and we really try to drill and drill this down to our athletes and clients because it matters, and it's something that I think we all have dealt with, at least

in some regard. And I'm going to title this, why the scale sucks or the scale sucks or whatever

the infographic is. I haven't looked at it yet. But I want to get this out to you guys. And it's

going to apply a lot to women, even dudes as well, because I know we let it dictate a lot of things even on our end,

but I would say mostly women for the fact that's probably our biggest demo of who we work

with and you guys maybe let it seep into you a little bit more than the dudes do.

And I just want to send it out to say, you know, don't worry about the scale you guys.

No, obviously I'm not a woman and the ideal image for a man

is typically far different. I don't have the same external stresses from society telling me to,

you know, it be extremely thin or look like a Victoria's Secret model or I'm supposed to weigh

135 pounds or 122 pounds or wear a size 2, whatever it is.

Like most of the magazines and TV shows and the bullshit stuff on Instagram and Facebook feeds people.

And the reason I say women is because that's probably our biggest demo and that's probably who I hear it from the most.

Not that dudes don't complain about it, but women more so specifically.

And the research that we pull up shows that most, you know, at least when I wrote this original

post and content back in the day, that typically women's magazines and outlets have 10.5 times

more ads directed at promoting weight loss than the men's magazines

and outlets do. And basically order three quarters of the covers and kind of like that, you know,

that cover image includes at least one message on, you know, changing your appearance, diet
