I got scouted as a model and then someone said, you never wear a white t-shirt, sort your body out. But that literally changed my world because then I started exploring body weight and it's fendgely that led me to movement. We teach a kid in terms of their movement. Don't fidget, sit still. That's decades have changed away from moving naturally decades.

So, decades. Do you know what I say that?

Try and test every single potential movement that I could possibly do,

apart from the one where my body says no.

And it really gets people attentive to feeling their body.
