Well, thank you, Mark. I will start by saying that my father is a huge fan. And he is in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

He's now retired in almost 80, but when he was in his 60s and 70s,

he was active in the Bucks County Democratic Party.

it is yours because of the work you're doing for voting rights across the country.

So I want to start in kind of an unusual place, which is that Donald Trump seems to not just be tearing down democracy, but perhaps he's now tearing down part of the White House.

What do you know about this?

I was kind of loosely aware that they were going to build a ballroom that they didn't need and that they had paved over the the uh the rose garden but you know the video and images

seem to suggest they're actually like destroying part of the white house well i think it speaks

to a bigger disconnect in this country which is the don Donald Trump and the tech billionaires around him,

they think that America's challenge is the loss of grandeur that we need to build a bigger White

House, bigger airports, have unfettered AI, that it is a race to building great monuments.
