People assume that Latinos are untrained, that we need to be trained, that we need to be educated,

and that's the biggest gap that we have when it comes to money.

So we are way more skill than people give us credit for.

And also Latinos are ahead of the curve when it comes to marketing practices.

So everything that you're doing, for example, like blogging, getting on social media,

leveraging news outlets, we are ahead of the curve, even more so than white-owned businesses.

These people assume that Latinos are not skilled and that they don't have business

savviness, but that is so not true. And we've been missing a lot of the

storytelling, a lot of the data to back that up. But now we are finally seeing that bubble to the

surface, especially as Latino business owners accelerate their creation of small businesses and big

businesses, that we do have a skill set for this. And really what we need is more of ecosystem

support from all around. So yes, training can help a certain degree, but we need connections. We need the network and we need to get paid. We need that capital. Capital is a big blocker for Latino businesses. It's all of these things and really tearing down these stereotypes that we're not skilled, that we don't have the understanding of money. We do. We grew up with money. We grew up understanding money. What we need is that bridge and that ecosystem.
