Well, the American dream is now an American nightmare. And now we're basically a renter economy and a renter nation where people can't even afford the price of rent, let alone to buy a home. Expenses went up. Wages didn't. Now everybody's feeling that squeeze and that's where the middle class sits people are going through hell anybody that's in that tech field no matter how good you are

You talk to everyday Americans about quitting their jobs on a daily basis, and you've helped

hundreds, multiple hundreds of people, quit their jobs in pursuit of their dreams.

Today, Americans are drowning in credit card debt, wages haven't kept up, people are getting

side hustles, they're working harder than ever.

What is it about today and Americans today that has put them in this situation?

Today, freedom has never been further from employment. It used to be a point where everyone kind of had some remote jobs. We had some remote work. People working for bosses that they

liked. And they felt like a sense of

security in corporate America. Or they felt a sense of security working a job. The issue today is the

jobs that our parents had and the jobs and the jobs that our parents are pushing on us to get for

anybody that's in college are not the same jobs that exist today. Before you could work a minimum wage job, or not even a minimum wage job, but just like an average job, a decent, hardworking job, you put your 40 hours, 50 hours in, you're going to be able to buy a house with a picket fence, you're going to have a dog, you're going to have two kids in an accident, right? Like, oops, we have a third now.

And so that was the American dream. So security is what employment represents. The only reason

that people are an employee versus an entrepreneur is security. Now, what happens when you no

longer have that same security in employment? That's where we're at today. So anybody that's in

the tech field, no matter how good you are, no matter how many millions of dollars that you make,
