This is a game Mike Tomlin's team has to win, and in a way that fits the identity of how this roster was constructed. T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward, Minkah Fitzpatrick and the defense have to dominate a Colts offense that hasn't run the ball well with Jonathan Taylor, or thrown well with Matt Ryan. In addition, Najee Harris, Kenny Pickett and the offense need to continue to limit turnovers as they have the last two games and show there is a future of how this offense sustains in tough games. All those things are possible, and there have been plenty of similar spots when the Steelers have had their backs against the wall under Tomlin and came out victorious. But this is a new challenge for a young team, and looks like the chance for a breaking point for either a rise or a fall going into next season for how the Steelers could turn things around and get back to being one of the better NFL teams, or fall into a hole that takes a lot longer to climb out of.
