Hey folks, Pete Troop is a starting strength here to give an update on all the seminars and training camps that we have coming up.

We have four seminars currently on the schedule, the next one being in Wichita Falls in December 6th through the 8th,

and we're over in Las Vegas on February 7th through the 9th.

Then back over to Wichita Falls in March 6 through the 8th and on the East Coast in Woodmere, New York, on April 17th through the 19th. For upcoming training camps, we'll be in Baltimore,

Maryland on November 24th at 5 by 3 training for a coach's development camp covering how to

coach the squat. Then over to Portland, Oregon on November 30th for a squat camp at next level

barbell. December 15th, we'll have an international camp in Seoul, South Korea covering the squat,

the press, and the deadlift. Also on December 15th, we'll be in

Woodmere, New York, hosting a squat and deadlift camp at Woodmere Fitness Club. Our last three
