A lot of guys come here and they're like, I want to be a better dad. I want to be a better follower of Jesus. Don't we all. Oh, gosh. Good luck. That's pretty daunting task. How old are your kids? You have kids, right? I've got kids and grandkids. I got four grandkids. Dang. Six, uh, six, three, one and six months. And then my grandkids, my kids are, you know, 30s and 20s. My youngest, my oldest is 30, 30. And my oldest, youngest is 20. So, I'm trying not to rush through life, but I'm also very excited about being a

grandpa one day. Yeah, it's everything. It's, um, it's where you don't say, you don't say,

no anymore. It's all yes. Yeah. It's like as a parent, it's no. And a grandparent's all

can't say, it's like illegal. You can't say, you can't say no anymore. And it's, it's like having a friend with a pool. You know, it's just all the benefit. And then you get to leave at the end of the day. Yeah. And they get to deal with the, uh, the filters and the, you know, the upkeep. I was, uh, we, we just got back from a cruise like two days ago. And I've heard somebody say,

I heard another comedian say something like, um, vacation is basically, you just pay a lot of

money to discipline your kids in another part of the world. Right. Yeah, I was telling my wife,

it's like, we're going to Disney. It's, when you go to Disney, you get to see parents yell at their kids in every language. Exactly. But yeah, it's like we're going to Disney is when you go to Disney you get to see parents yell at

their kids in every language. But yeah, it's, yeah, I'm sure, I'm sure, I'm sure other other countries

have their own ways, but there's still probably that that, that's still that, um, those foundational

things that parents will always say,'ll always do like I told myself

I would say these I would never say I'm going to give you a reason to cry or something I'll give you

a reason to cry about I've said all the things I said I wouldn't say oh dude yeah I was I was like making

empty threats just left and right you know I told myself I'd never do that as a parent I'm just

making so many empty threats I you know we're on the cruise ship and I'm like, I'll take you home right now. I have no way of taking them. Right. I have a dingy right there and we will, Jay, we will have with a motor on it. Yeah, dude. But my wife and I were talking about on the ship, we were just like, I can't wait. Like one day the dream is to be able to take our kids and grandkids

when they're older on a cruise one day

and just like watch them be parents and treat them,

but also just like go back to our quiet room

and just like, you know, just like laugh and be like that.

Yeah, it is, it is so wild.

It's like deja vu a little bit because watching, you know, just like laugh and be like, yeah, it is, it is so wild. It's this, it's like

deja vu a little bit because watching, you know, their kids around again, doing kid things.
