And greetings my friends, patriots, lovers of democracy, truth and justice, believers and

peace, freedom and the American way. I've got a new book out the hidden history of American

health care, why sickness bankrupts you and makes others insanely rich.

And I wrote it essentially as a how-to manual for people who want to advocate for sickle-payer

health care. And as a what's up for pretty much everybody else. In other words, here's the

history of how we got here. I'm just going to take this hour and go through step-by-step all the

different pieces of this. I'm starting with why is health care not a right in the United States.
