First of all, David, that was really sweet.

His wife Gail, my administrative assistant, is back there with a microphone,

harmonizing.

That's her that you hear yeah so it just brought back

some really fond memories of when we first started the church we were in the

old SDA building and David and Gail would lead worship on Thursday nights.

And what a treat that was.

So I just kind of, my wife and I just went down memory lane just now.

So thank you very much and we'll pray for you.

And that's an amazing gift, though, to have a female harmonizing vocalist at the same time

hey we're going to start in chapter 12 today we We finished 11 last week. So our text is this going to be the first five verses? I'll ask you to stand if you're able. If not, no worries where you're seated is fine. Just follow along with me as I read. John, by the Holy Spirit, continues to write that which is being revealed in this revelation

to him, that which he sees and that which he was commanded to also write.

So, interesting chapter, by the way, I think a lot of you know about this chapter, but he begins, verse one.

A great sign appeared in heaven.

A woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet,

and a crown of 12 stars on her head.

She was pregnant, verse two, and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.

Then, verse three, another sign appeared in heaven, an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads.

Its tail, verse 4, swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth.

The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth so that it might devour her child
